Acquisitions
We pursue the purchase of small to midsize profitable businesses. Our acquisition strategy is to acquire 100% of the businesses in which we are passionate about. Those businesses need to fit the following criteria.
- A leadership team that we believe in
- A product or service we believe in
- Minimum of $3M EBITDA
- Debt load that does not exceed 10% of NET revenue
- A customer acquisition strategy showing growth
- All customers represent less than 10% of gross revenue
- A strong moat or at least the beginnings of one
