Acquisitions

We pursue the purchase of small to midsize profitable businesses. Our acquisition strategy is to acquire 100% of the businesses in which we are passionate about. Those businesses need to fit the following criteria.

  • A leadership team that we believe in
  • A product or service we believe in
  • Minimum of $3M EBITDA
  • Debt load that does not exceed 10% of NET revenue
  • A customer acquisition strategy showing growth
  • All customers represent less than 10% of gross revenue
  • A strong moat or at least the beginnings of one
